We celebrate island living with rhum taking the centre stage in cocktails. Our purpose is to create rhum that makes exceptional cocktails, allowing Agricole to take you to new places, challenging the notion that fine rums are only aged or crafted from molasses or from one specific island.

Rhum St Barth was established by Severine and Mikael Silvestre in 2010. Rhum St Barth celebrates island living with rhum taking centre stage in cocktails, featuring a range of non-AOC Agricole expressions from the French Caribbean Island of Guadeloupe.
